General Notice
Minnesota Dog Products designs and sells premium dog equipment and topical care products intended for responsible adult handlers and owners. Our products must be used only as intended, with proper fit, active supervision, and sound judgment.
By purchasing or using any Minnesota Dog Products item, the user acknowledges that working-dog and handling equipment, collars, leashes, accessories, and topical products all carry inherent risks. The user accepts responsibility for proper selection, fit, inspection, and use of the product, as well as any consequences arising from misuse, improper fit, neglect, modification, or use outside intended applications.
Minnesota Dog Products is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, improper maintenance, or use contrary to published instructions, warnings, or product descriptions.
All product names, designs, branding, copy, graphics, concepts, and other content are the intellectual property of Minnesota Dog Products and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Equipment Safety & Use Notice
Minnesota Dog Products equipment is engineered for high-strength performance and controlled dog-handling applications. Certain products are intentionally built with high structural integrity and are not designed to function as breakaway or fail-safe devices.
Because of this, improper use may create a risk of entanglement, strangulation, dragging, impact injury, or other serious harm to the dog, handler, or others.
Use of equipment must follow these minimum rules:
- Use under active adult supervision only.
- Never leave a dog unattended while wearing or attached to the product.
- Do not use as a tie-out, tether, unsupervised restraint, lifting device, recovery device, or climbing/safety equipment.
- Do not use for human load-bearing, rappelling, towing, suspension, or any non-canine application.
- Confirm proper sizing and fit before each use.
- Inspect all equipment before each use for wear, fraying, cuts, abrasion, deformation, loosened hardware, chemical damage, heat damage, or any other condition that may affect performance.
- Discontinue use immediately if damage, abnormal wear, or improper function is observed.
No dog-handling product can eliminate risk. Handler awareness, control, training, and situational judgment remain essential at all times.
Topical Product Notice
Minnesota Dog Products topical care items, including paw balm and similar products, are intended for external use only on dogs unless expressly stated otherwise.
Do not use on deep wounds, punctures, infected areas, severely damaged tissue, or in any situation requiring veterinary care. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If irritation, redness, swelling, or other adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a veterinarian.
Users are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and evaluating sensitivity, allergy, or compatibility concerns before use. Minnesota Dog Products makes no representation that any topical product is appropriate for every dog, skin condition, environment, or use case.
Topical care products are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Product Claims and Testing Notice
Any strength, performance, durability, or testing statement made by Minnesota Dog Products applies only to the specific product configuration, conditions, and testing parameters described by the company. Lab results, field testing, and other validation do not guarantee identical performance under all real-world conditions.
Actual performance may vary based on product size, configuration, fit, age, wear, handling technique, environmental exposure, force dynamics, and user behavior.
Limited Warranty
Minnesota Dog Products stands behind the workmanship of its products as stated in its published warranty policy. Where a written limited warranty is offered, that warranty governs the scope and duration of Minnesota Dog Products’ repair, replacement, or other remedy obligations.
The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, cutting, abrasion, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, improper storage, improper cleaning, accidents, normal wear, or use outside intended dog-handling applications.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the customer’s sole remedy for a valid warranty claim is the repair, replacement, or refund option expressly provided in the applicable written warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minnesota Dog Products shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use its products.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
