Return & Warranty Policy
Minnesota Dog operates under a Two-Year Promise.
This is not a standard return window.
It is a commitment to how the product is built.
If it fails due to how it was built—not how it was used—we make it right.
What Is Covered (Manufacturing & Mechanical Failure)
This warranty covers failure resulting from defects in construction or materials under normal dog handling use:
- Structural splice failure
- Failure of load-bearing components due to build defect
- Mechanical hardware failure not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered (Use, Environment, and Wear)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by real-world conditions outside of manufacturing failure:
- Chewing, cutting, or abrasion
- Use outside intended dog handling applications (including towing, lifting, or tie-out use)
- Unauthorized modification or misuse
- Cosmetic wear that does not impact function
Real-World Clause
All equipment has limits.
This gear is engineered for dog handling applications only.
Use outside of that scope voids all warranty considerations.
How to Submit a Claim
If you experience a valid structural or mechanical failure:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide clear photos of the issue

All claims are reviewed based on failure type and use conditions.
Paw Balm Policy
Due to the nature of the product, paw balm is not returnable.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us directly and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
